 Terms & Conditions

1.  All visitors using this service must be 18 years or over.

2. All appointments must be paid in FULL at time of your booking.

3. CANCELLATIONS: all booked and paid for appointments are non-refundable. Any changes to your booking must be received 48 hours prior to your session time otherwise payment is forfeited. If you no longer wish to keep your appointment you can use your payment as a credit to be applied as a gift voucher or used for another product or service including workshops or events. No monetary refund will be issued.

4. NO SHOW: 100% of payment made will be forfeited.

5. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If either party decides to end the appointment during the first 10 minutes of a session you will receive a full refund. If your session continues after the initial 10 minutes you are agreeing to the full service and no refund will be given.

6. By booking a service with The Mediterranean Medium and using this site you are agreeing to the terms of service, privacy policy and legal disclaimer.

7. By giving us your email address you agree to allow us to send you occasional marketing materials. We will never pass your details to another company.
